Our dedication has been serving daycares, preschools and grade schools in the Northern Illinois region for over 40 years and we currently deliver more than 20,000 meals each day to over 200 locations.

Our Dedication
We’re dedicated to not only providing top-quality food and dependable service, but partnering with customers to help kids learn about proper nutrition!
By providing meals and snacks that are made from scratch and follow Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) guidelines, Delicious helps kids develop healthy eating habits that will last them a lifetime. We offer field trips to our facility where children can learn how food is prepared and even get some firsthand experience in the kitchen.
We send a quarterly newsletter to each of our educators, students and parents. In addition to the menu selections and substitution options, it’s filled with nutritional information and guidance prepared by our registered dietitian.

From the front office to the delivery drivers, you’ll find our staff is truly dedicated to providing the best service possible — most of our customers know our drivers by name as we have such a low turnover rate. Our drivers are trained professionals and among the best in the business. They’ll make sure your delivery is on schedule day after day.
Trust is the key to any long-lasting relationship. Our customers appreciate our up-front pricing policies and straightforward approach to business. We won’t lock you in inflexible, long-term contracts — we want our customers to stay with us because they love working with us. We have programs designed to meet a wide range of budgets and we’ll work closely with you to identify and accommodate any special requirements.
